What do guys think of the voynich-manuscript?

Yeah, I heard about this a while back. I really don't know what to think. Its speculated that its a medicical book based on the pictures.

It was written some time around the 1500's. I would have to guess the author had some type of dyslexia and kept on writing regardless of the fact nothing he was writing could be read in any language anywhere.
